INGREDIENTS :
1. Wheat flour – 1 cup (150 grams)
2. Rava (semolina) – 3 tablespoons
3. Onion – 1 cup (chopped)
4. Small tomato – 1 no
5. Capsicum – 3 tablespoons
6. Carrot – 3 tablespoons
7. Little ginger (grated or finely chopped)
8. Green chilli – 2 nos
9. Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
10. Chilli flakes – 1 teaspoon
11. Salt – to taste
12. Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
13. Curd – 75 ml
14. Coriander leaves – some

3. வெங்காயம் – 1 கப் (நறுக்கியது)
4. சிறிய தக்காளி – 1
5. குடமிளகாய் – 3 மேசை கரண்டி

7. சிறிது இஞ்சி (துருவியது / நறுக்கியது)
8. பச்சை மிளகாய் – 2
9. சீரகம் – 1 டீஸ்பூன்
10. மிளகாய் துகள் – 1 டீஸ்பூன்
11. உப்பு – தேவையான அளவு
12. மஞ்சள் தூள் – அரை டீஸ்பூன்
13. தயிர் – 75 மில்லி
14. கொத்தமல்லி இலை – சிறிது
