Stuffed Besan Chilla
Ingredients:
1 Cup – Besan
1/4 Cup – Rice Flour
2 tbsp – Rava
1/4 tsp – Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
1 Cup – Water (as per requirement)
Method:
Make a medium thick Batter Using Water, Whisk and Give Rest for 10 Min.
Make Chilla , Spread like Dosa,Apply Oil
Apply above Chilla
1 tbsp – Schezwan Chutney or Sauce
Chopped Onion
Chopped Capsicum
Chopped Tomato
Grated Carrot
Chopped Green Chillies
Corn Boiled
Grated Paneer
Grated Cheese
Chopped Coriander
Chilli Flakes
Sprinkle Chaat Masala
Make a Roll Like Dosa and Cut and Serve
