Ingredients:
▪️ Chia Seeds – 15 gm
▫️ Coconut Milk – 60 ml
▪️ Regular Milk – 60 ml
▫️ Vanilla Essence – 2-3 drops
▪️ Honey – 1 tsp
▫️ Mango (Sliced) – Half
▪️ Honey-Roasted Walnut (Roughly chopped) – 2 pcs
Preparation Method:
▪️ Combine chia seeds, coconut milk, regular milk, vanilla essence and honey in a bowl.
▫️ Mix everything well, then cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours until it thickens into a pudding-like consistency.
▪️ It is ready… Serve it chilled with fresh mango slices and a sprinkle of honey-roasted walnuts for crunch.
