Ingredients per pot (makes 2 servings):
– 2 green onion
– 1/2 yellow onion
– 3 tsp minced garlic
– 1 tbsp gochugaru
– 1 tsp gochujang
– 2 cup beef bone broth
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 block silken tofu
– 1/2 bunch of enoki mushroom
– 8 pieces of Korean chicken frozen mandu (I used @bibigousa Chicken & Vegetable Mandu Dumpling)
– salt to taste
– 1/3 second spray oil
How to make it yourself:
1. Thinly slice your onion and green onions
2. Pat dry your tofu and slice it into thin rectangles
3. In a pot coated with spray oil on medium heat, add your minced garlic, green onion, and yellow onion and sauté for 2 minutes
4. Add in beef bone broth, gochugaru, gochujang, soy sauce, your frozen mandu, silken tofu, enoki mushrooms, and salt to taste
5. Let it boil until the mandu is cooked through and enjoy!
