🥬Lettuce has 2g Fibre per 200g whereas 🍫 90% dark chocolate has 3g Fibre per 2 pieces.
🍌Bananas have 5-6g Fibre per 3 pieces whereas 🍏 1 guava has 10-11g Fibre.
🥒Cucumbers have 1g Fibre per piece whereas 1 Tbsp Chia seeds = 5-6g.
🍚Raw Brown rice has 3g Fibre per 100g whereas 🌾Oats have 11-12g Fibre per 100g.
Most often, we think that just because we’ve eaten salad or we’ve eaten a fruit, we have gotten enough fibre from it. But, that’s usually not the case.
Always check the nutritional information of the foods you’re eating so that you know exactly what is going into your body.
