this is BY FAR the best discovery that I’ve made recently.
I’ve been cooking waffles for some time now (the same recipe, just with mashed bananas), but I never figured to try them without the bananas.
one day I decided to give this recipe a shot – and BAM! – I found the best alternative to regular bread.
I’m calling it the best because it’s literally so easy to make, you can cook it almost instantly, it tastes just like bread, and it contains more protein than any regular bread.
