🥬 Korean Coleslaw🥬 (Yangbaechu Salad)

Ingredients: 🛒
1/2 head cabbage, thinly sliced (or coleslaw mix, about 6 cups / 500g)
2 green onions (green parts only), cut into long strips
1 tbsp (15ml) / 1 tbsp (15ml) soy sauce
1/2 tsp (2.5ml) / 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) sesame oil
1 tsp (5ml) / 1 tsp (5ml) olive oil
1 tsp (4g) / 1 tsp (4g) sugar
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp (5ml) / 1 tsp (5ml) apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp (2.5ml) / 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) lemon juice
Black pepper to taste
Extra lemon juice to taste

Instructions: 👩‍🍳
1. Mix cabbage and green onions in large bowl
2. Add soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, black pepper, and sugar, dissolve sugar completely
3. Add sesame oil and olive oil, toss well
4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately

Notes: 📝
If you’re not used to sesame oil flavor, use less sesame oil and more olive oil. Don’t let it sit too long or the cabbage will lose its crunch and become too pickled 🥗
