250 gms Finely chopped fenugreek leaves
3/4 Cup Finely chopped coriander leaves
3/4 Cup Finely chopped Green garlic
6 Tbsp Cooking oil
7-8 Crushed green chili
1/4 Cup chickpea flour
3 Tbsp Sugar
1 & 1/2 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 & 1/2 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 & 1/2 Tbsp Red chili powder
3 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 Pinch Eno
1/4 Tsp Asafoetida
1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 Tsp Carom seeds
