This creamy tomato chicken is simple, but packs flavour

And it’s dead easy to make

You need:
1 diced pepper
400g chicken
300g uncooked rice
1 tin chopped tomatoes
500ml stock
Then add the lid and let it simmer for 10 minutes
Then mix in 70ml cream & 50g Parmesan
