🥣 Overnight Probiotic Power Bowl
Ingredients:
1 cup plain kefir (unsweetened for less sugar)
½ cup mixed fruits (fresh or frozen berries, banana, mango, etc.)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
½ tsp cinnamon
A pinch of nutmeg
¼ cup granola or rolled oats
Instructions:
Combine Ingredients:
In a bowl or jar, mix kefir with chia seeds, flaxseed, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Stir in your fruits and granola or oats.
Refrigerate Overnight:
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4–6 hours) to let the seeds expand and flavors blend.
Enjoy:
In the morning, give it a stir, top with a little extra fruit or granola if you like, and enjoy your protein-packed, probiotic-rich breakfast!
