When I don’t need a ton of calories but I need to keep the protein high, here are 3 go to meals I turn to:

1️⃣ Chicken lettuce wraps
5oz pre cooked chicken breasts
4 Romaine lettuce leaves
8 grape tomatoes
2tbsp Bolthouse ranch
Hot sauce of choice

2️⃣ Cottage cheese Berry bowls

1 cup cottage cheese
70g mixed frozen berries (microwaved)
1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup

229 calories
24g protein

3️⃣ Tuna Wrap

1 can tuna
1 tbsp light mayonnaise
2 tbsp non fat plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp dill relish
1 carb counter flour tortilla

332 calories
46g protein
