1 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup milk
1 tsp honey (or any sweetener)
4–5 strawberries (sliced)
1 tbsp milk (for blending)

🍓 Recipe
Soak Chia Base:
In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp chia seeds, ½ cup milk, and honey.
Let it soak for 2–3 hours or overnight for best texture.
Strawberry Layer:
In a cup, add sliced strawberries + 1 tbsp milk.

Combine:
