The king of fruits is here, and as much as you like it I love eating mangoes in the season.
This is a recipe which I eat almost every day for breakfast till the mango season is here. If not breakfast then this becomes my snack time choice when I have a busy work schedule
The combination of the food groups i.e. carbs – mango + protein – milk /curd and nuts and seeds from granola and healthy fats from the nuts and seeds.
When you combine mango in this way the glycemic load of mango is decreased i.e. the rise in blood sugar is slowed down.
