Ep: 6/15 “Desi WeightLoss Recipes” – “Kadhai Paneer” ✨

You all know I have lost 20kgs of fat and during my fat loss journey I used to take a lot of well balanced desi meals with good protein and fiber content, So in this series I will be sharing all those meals with you all. Here’s the recipe SAVE it you will LOVE it!!🥰

Protein : 25g / serving

I N G R E D I E N T S : (serve 2)
For Kadhai Paneer –
200g Low Fat Paneer (comment for the recipe)
All three bell pepper 🫑
1 tomato
1 onion
1/2 tbsp chilli oil
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp chilli flakes
– sauté veggies & paneer for 5 mins
1/2 tbsp ghee
2 green chilli chopped
1 inch cube ginger, cut
2 garlic cloves, chopped
3 tomato – blended in purée
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp paneer masala ( @tata.sampann )
1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp paw bhaji masala ( @everestspices )
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Garnish with fresh coriander

– serve with homemade protein Chapati 🫓
– and Protein Rice Chaas ✨
