🌼 Vermicelli Upma Recipe
Boil water and add 1 cup roasted vermicelli. Cook for 5–6 minutes till soft.
Drain immediately, add cold water, and strain well to avoid overcooking.

🌼 Heat 1.5 tbsp oil, add 1 tsp jeera.
Add 2 medium chopped onions and sauté.
Add 1 chopped tomato and cook well.

🌼 Add vegetables of your choice – I used cauliflower, carrot, matar & capsicum (finely chopped).
Mix well and add haldi (turmeric) and salt as per taste.
Cover and cook for 8–10 minutes.

🌼 Add the boiled vermicelli and mix gently.
Garnish with fresh dhania and serve hot
