🍎 ABC Salad (Apple, Beetroot, Carrot) with refreshing Orange Dressing – rich in antioxidants & vitamins
INGREDIENTS:
Carrot juliennes – 1 cup
Beetroot – 1 medium or 1/2 juliennes
Apple – 1 medium
Orange – 1deseeded or 1 cup
Fresh orange juice – 1/4 cup
Extra virgin olive oil – 1-2 tbsp
Apple Cider or Rice vineger – 1 tbsp
Honey – 1 tbsp or less
Salt – 1/2 tbsp
Freshly Ground black pepper – 1/2 tbsp
Mustard Sauce – 1/2 tbsp
Siracha hot sauce – 1/2 tbsp
Fresh coriander leaves – 1-2 tbsp
Fresh mint leaves – 8-10
