All you need:
1 cup oats
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup seeds ( eg. Flaxseeds, pepitas, black and white sesame seeds)
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1 tablespoon vegan pistachio spread
1/3 cup maple syrup
Method:
1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
2. Add all of the ingredients into a medium sized mixing bowl and mix well.
3. Pour onto a tray lined with baking paper.
4. Cook in the oven for 25 minutes.
5. Allow to cool for 15 minutes.
6. Enjoy on its own, with vegan yoghurt or ontop of smoothie bowls.
