Low Calorie Bites (Healthy Chaat Snack)

Serving: 8 bites

Ingredients
Sweet potato – 200 g
Chickpeas – 50 g
Curd – 30 g
Onion – 50 g
Green chilli – as per taste
Salt – as per taste
Pizza seasoning – as per taste
Coriander leaves – handful
Turmeric (haldi) – ¼ tsp
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Jeera powder – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp

Method
Wash and soak chickpeas overnight. Next day, pressure cook for 3–4 whistles.
In a bowl, mix haldi, red chilli powder, jeera powder, salt, and oil.
Boil sweet potatoes, peel them, and cut into round slices.
Coat the slices evenly with the prepared masala.
Roast on a tawa or air-fry at 180°C for 5 minutes on each side until crisp.
In a chopper, add onion, green chilli, cooked chickpeas, coriander leaves, curd, salt, and pizza seasoning. Grind coarsely.
Assemble: Place the chickpea mixture on roasted sweet potato slices.
Garnish with sev (optional) and pomegranate.
