Ingredients:
🥜 Steamed Peanuts – ½ cup
🥒 Cucumber – ½ cup, chopped
🧅 Onion– ¼ cup, finely chopped
🍅 Tomato – ¼ cup, finely chopped
🥕 Carrot – ¼ cup, chopped
🥬 Lettuce – ¼ cup, chopped
🌶️ Green Chilli – 1 tsp
🌿 Fresh Coriander – 2 tbsp, chopped
🧂 Salt – to taste
⚫ Black Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp
🌿 Mixed Herbs – ¼ tsp
🌶️ Tamarind Sauce – 1 tsp
🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
🍯 Honey – 1 tbsp
🛢️ Mustard Oil – ½ tsp (optional, for extra flavor)
🥨 Mixture (optional) – as needed for crunch
Method (Short & Crisp):
1️⃣ Steam or boil peanuts and let them cool.
2️⃣ Chop cucumber, onion, tomato, coriander, carrot, lettuce.
3️⃣ In a bowl, mix all ingredients.
4️⃣ Add salt, black pepper, green chili, mix herbs, lemon juice ,honey and mustard oil
5️⃣ Toss well & enjoy this refreshing salad!
