📝 Ingredients:
150 g soba noodles
1 chicken breast
1 onion
1 carrot
1 bell pepper
Soy sauce
Salt, pepper, dried garlic — to taste
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Cut the chicken into cubes and fry until cooked.
2️⃣ Slice the onion and cook for about 5 minutes until translucent.
3️⃣ Cut the carrot into strips, add to the onion, cover and cook for 5–7 minutes.
4️⃣ Slice the bell pepper, add to the veggies and cook for another 7–10 minutes.
5️⃣ Add chicken, salt, pepper and dried garlic. Cook for 2–3 minutes, then turn off the heat.
6️⃣ Boil soba noodles in boiling water for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7️⃣ Drain the noodles, add them to the veggies, drizzle with soy sauce — done!
Tips:
You can add sesame seeds or spring onions on top.
