Today’s video is all about food, yum! I made 3 inspirational meal ideas to inspire you on days you don’t know what to eat! I have these meals pretty much every week – my favorite! I’m becoming more aware of what I am putting into my body and slowly Im trying to welcome in a new lifestyle and choosing better meal ideas. Ive always believed that if you want to adapt a new diet, you start by adding better options to your menu. Breakfast, Lunch are more on the healthy side as for dinner you can edit the choice of pasta (like quinoa noodles). Im looking at my favorite meals and asking myself how can I make this meal healthier for my body. It’s a pleasure to being you along with me on this new journey of learning and cooking! SHOPPING LIST
Breakfast:
1 cup Quinoa
Honey
Cinnamon
An Apple
2cups of water
Lunch:
Kale
Avocado
Baby tomatoes
A Lemon
Salt & pepper
Olive oil
Pecans’s
Parmesan
Dinner:
4oz pasta
1/4 cup pasta water
5 Tablespoons olive oil
Half a lemon Juice
Half a lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 Cloves of garlic
Kale
Boneless chicken
