🥞 Vegetable Pancake Recipe
Ingredients:
Finely chopped cabbage
Onion
Tomato
Carrot
Spinach
Coriander leaves
Little gram flour (besan) – for binding
Salt & basic spices (optional)
Water – as needed
Method:
Take all the finely chopped vegetables in a bowl.
Add a little gram flour for binding (don’t add too much to keep pancakes crispy).
Add salt and basic spices
Add little water and make a semi-thick batter.
Heat a pan and grease lightly.
Spread small pancakes on the pan
Cook from both sides till golden and crispy.
Serve with:
Curd or chutney 😋
