So I made this lazy, high-protein, flavour-packed burrito bowl using @heartyroots_ Mango Pickle with Flax Seeds 💛

🥗 INGREDIENTS :
For Achari Paneer:
1 cup paneer cubes
1–2 tbsp @heartyroots_ Hearty Roots Mango Pickle with Flax Seeds

For Rice Base:
1 cup cooked rice
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp chilli flakes

For Assembling:
¼ cup boiled corn
¼ cup finely chopped capsicum
¼ cup finely chopped tomato
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
👩‍🍳 RECIPE :
1️⃣ In a pan, add paneer cubes.
2️⃣ Add @heartyroots_ Mango Pickle with Flax Seeds and toss for 5–7 minutes until nicely coated and slightly roasted.
3️⃣ In the same pan, add cooked rice. Sprinkle oregano & chilli flakes. Mix well.
4️⃣ Now assemble your bowl:
Add the seasoned rice as the base.
Top with boiled corn, chopped capsicum & tomatoes.
Add the achari paneer.
Finish with a dollop of Greek yogurt.
