📌Ingredients (Serves 2–3 People)
For Moong Dal Appa
• 1 cup yellow moong dal, soaked 4–5 hours
• 1–2 green chillies
• 1 tsp jeera
• 1 inch ginger
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp chopped coriander
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• Appa pan + a few drops of oil

To Make Chaat Topping
• ½ cup thick curd (or hung curd for extra protein)
• 1 small tomato, finely chopped
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• Green chutney (mint–coriander)
• Imli chutney
• Roasted jeera powder
• Red chilli powder
• Chaat masala
• Fresh coriander
• Pomegranate seeds
