These mini pancake sandwiches are made with wholesome flours, naturally sweetened with banana, and filled with gooey chocolate. A perfect balance of healthy + happy!
🧺 Ingredients
• ½ cup Wheat Flour
• ¼ cup Almond Flour
• ¼ cup Ragi (Finger Millet) Flour
• 1 large ripe Banana
• ½ cup Milk (dairy or plant-based)
• ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
• 1 cup Melted Chocolate or Hazelnut Spread
• Ghee or Butter (for cooking)
👩🍳 Method
1️⃣ Blend all flours, banana, milk & cinnamon into a smooth batter.
2️⃣ Heat a greased mini pancake pan on low flame.
3️⃣ Pour batter, cook till bubbles appear, flip & cook till golden.
4️⃣ Add melted chocolate on one pancake, cover with another.
5️⃣ Press gently & enjoy warm or pack for lunchbox 🍌🍫
