Ragi + jowar tho chesina ee crispy chips kids & adults andariki perfect snack. No maida, simple ingredients, super crunch!
Ingredients:
• Ragi flour – 100 g
• Jowar flour – 100 g
• Rice flour – 30 g
• Oil – 15 ml
• Salt – 4 g
• Red chilli powder – 3 g
• Ajwain/Jeera – 1 g
• Warm water – 110–130 ml (to knead)
Procedure:
1️⃣ Ragi, jowar, rice flour, salt, chilli powder, ajwain anni mix cheyyandi.
2️⃣ Oil add chesi baga kalupukondi.
3️⃣ Warm water konchem konchem add chesi tight smooth dough laga knead cheyyandi.
4️⃣ 10 mins cover chesi rest ivvandi.
5️⃣ Dough ni very thin ga papad laga roll cheyyandi.
6️⃣ Meeku istam vachina shape lo
cut cheyyandi.
Oven Method:
• Preheat at 180°C – 10 mins
• Bake at 180°C – 12 mins
• Flip chesi 160°C lo 8–10 mins bake cheyyandi
• Extra crisp kosam oven lo 10 mins rest ivvandi
Air Fryer Method:
• 170°C – 8 mins
• Flip chesi 160°C – 6–8 mins
• Switch off chesi basket lo 10 mins rest ivvandi.
Kadai Method (Deep Fry):
• Oil medium flame lo heat cheyyandi
• Triangles ni batches ga fry cheyyandi
• Golden & crispy ayyaka remove chesi tissue meeda pettandi
