Ingredients:
• 1 cup suji (rava)
• 1 cup blanched palak
• 2 tbsp curd
• Fresh coriander leaves
• 1 green chilli
• 1 inch ginger
• Salt to taste
• ½ tsp jeera
• Water as needed
For Coconut Peanut Chutney:
• Fresh coconut
• Roasted peanuts
• Green chilli
• Salt
• Little curd or water
Method:
1. Blanch palak and blend it with curd, coriander, green chilli, and ginger.
2. Mix the green paste with suji, salt, and jeera. Add water to make a dosa batter.
3. Rest for 10 minutes.
4. Spread batter on a hot tawa and cook like dosa until golden.
5. Roll and serve with coconut peanut chutney.
