Here I am showing how I make oat milk. The ratio oats to water is 1:2. You can adjust this and can add upto a max of 4cups. Grind the oats and water in a blender. Once its blended, add a pinch of salt, 1/2tsp of vanilla essence, 1/2tsp of maple syrup and blend it again and strain. Try not to squeeze too much.Keep the oat milk in the refrigerator for upto a week and enjoy it!
