Ingredients:
Finger millet/ Ragi/ Nachni Flour- 1 cup
Semolina/ Sooji- 1/2 cup
Ginger & Green chilli paste- 2 Tsp
Curd- 1/2 cup
Water- 1 cup

For curry leaves chutney:
Corriander leaves- 1/2 cup
Curry leaves- less than 1/2 cup
Green chillies- 3
Ginger- 1/2 inch
Garlic- 2 cloves (optional)
Roasted peanuts- 2 Tbsp
Fresh coconut- 2-3 Tbsp
Salt- to taste
Cumin seeds- 1/2 Tsp
Tamarind Pulp- 1-2 Tsp/ Lemon juice/ curd
Water- as required

Add in batter-
Salt- 1.5 Tsp
Add 1 Tsp Eno
Oil- 1 Tsp

For tadka-
Oil- 2 Tsp
Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
Slited green chillies- 2-3
Curry leaves- 8-10
Sesame seeds- 1 Tsp
Fresh coriander- 1 Tbsp
Water- less than 1/2 Cup
Sugar- 1 Tsp
Tamarind Pulp- 2 Tsp
Salt- 1/4 Tsp
