Dice and caramelize 1/4 apple (30g)
In a small bowl add
1/4 Cup (30g) self rising flour
2 tsp (8g) sugar substitute – or more to taste
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Optional – 1/3 scoop (10g) vanilla whey protein powder
Mix to combine
Add In your wet ingredients –
1 Whole egg
2 Tbsp (30g) unsweetened applesauce
1 1/2 Tbsp (22mL) milk of your choice
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Mix until well combine
Spray a mug with non-stick oil
Pour in half your batter
Now drop in half of your caramelized apples
Pour the rest of the batter in your mug
Microwave for around 1 minute
