😋 Let’s make Mandi at home with Simply Sufi chicken.
*Mandi Recipe*
1. Sauté onions and garlic, then add whole chicken and spices (coriander, cloves, cumin, etc.). Mix well.
2. Add 4 cups of water (for 2 cups of rice) and cook on low heat until the chicken is tender.
3. Marinate the chicken with oil, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, tandoori masala, and BBQ sauce for 30 minutes.
4. Cook rice in the stock until the water evaporates, then dum (steam on low heat).
5. Grill chickpeas with onions, raisins, and spices.
6. Grill the marinated chicken.
7. Serve with rice, chickpeas, and grilled chicken.

– Raisin chickpeas
– Grilled chicken
