🛒 Ingredients
6–8 Bread slices (white or brown)
2 tbsp Honey or Dates paste (for natural sweetness)
2 tbsp Milk
2 tbsp Coconut powder (optional)
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder (elaichi)
2 tbsp Chopped nuts (almonds, cashew)
1 tbsp Butter or ghee (for frying/toasting)
👩🍳 Method
Trim the edges of bread slices and flatten them using a rolling pin.
In a bowl, mix honey (or dates paste), coconut powder, cardamom powder, and chopped nuts.
Lightly dip bread in milk (do not soak too much).
Place the sweet mixture on the bread and roll it tightly.
Heat a pan and add a little butter or ghee.
Cook the rolls on medium flame until golden and slightly crispy.
