When I’m hungry, I am HUNGRY, and I refuse to stand in my kitchen doing math. So here’s my go-to high-protein lunch that takes maybe 5 minutes and comes in at nearly 50 grams of protein.
Here’s what’s in it:
~5 oz fresh-cooked lean turkey breast (I batch cook mine every week, game changer)
Cucumber slices
About 60g spinach
A little feta (because I love feta and I will not apologize)
A chili sauce my daughter got me hooked on
That’s it. No drama. No complicated macros.
