Soaked Moong Dal
Soaked Poha
Salt
For Topping:
Paneer
Capsicum
Tomato
Onion
Chili Flakes
Oregano
Schezwan Sauce
Pizza Sauce
Salt
Cheese
Oil (for cooking)
Method Summary:
Pizza Base:
1ď¸âŁ Grind soaked moong dal and poha into smooth batter
2ď¸âŁ Add salt and mix well
Toppings Preparation:
3ď¸âŁ In a bowl add paneer, capsicum, tomato and onion
4ď¸âŁ Add chili flakes, oregano, schezwan sauce, pizza sauce and salt
5ď¸âŁ Mix well
Cooking:
6ď¸âŁ Heat kadhai and add little oil
7ď¸âŁ Pour batter and spread like pizza base
8ď¸âŁ Cook till base is set
9ď¸âŁ Spread schezwan sauce and pizza sauce
