Most of us love Burger, they are very tempting and yummy but the problem is that it’s a junk food with lot many calories. So here I am, with a very healthy version of Burger. Yes, I have made this Burger without using any fried ingredient. Instead I have used Moong sprouts to give it a healthy twist and made it protein rich.
Ingredients:
– 1/2 Cup Uge hue moong (Moong Sprouts)
– 1/4 Cup barik kata Tamatar (Finely chopped Tomato)
– 1-2 barik kati hari mirchi (Finely chopped green chillies)
– Salt (To taste)
– 1/4 Teaspoon Kali mirchi (Black pepper powder)
– 1/4 Teaspoon Oregano seasoning
– 2 Burger Buns
– 2 Slice low fat low cholesterol cheese
– 2 Slice Shimla mirch (Capsicum)
– Ghee / Butter
