High Protein Healthy BURGER

INGREDIENTS:-
* chicken boneless 200 grms
* Carrot
* Cabbage
* Garlic (5/6 pcs)
* Green chillies 4/5 pcs
* Ginger 2/3 pcs
* Salt
* Greek yogurt 2tsp
° Cheese blocks -1/2
* Cashews 4/5 pcs
* Black paper powder
* 2 eggs
* Little oil to cook

RECIPE:-
– for buns or covering grate the carrot and chill the cabbage
– Take a bowl mix these veggies with 2 eggs
– Mix it well keep this aside
– Take a grinder take chicken pcs ,add chillies ,ginger & garlic pcs ,salt ,grind it property
– Make Tikki of that
– Then take a small blender ,add Greek yogurt ,cashews ,black paper powder and salt ,grind it nicely
– Take a nonstick pan take some oil make veggies pancake ,cook from both the side
– Then place the Tikki as well one by one ,cook from both the side too
– And now it’s time to plating
– Take a plate place the veggies bun or pancake then spread yogurt mixture
– Place chicken patty on it
– Again spread yogurt mixture
– keep the cheese slice
– And lastly cover from another veggie pancake
