Ingredients List:

• 1 Cup Hung Curd (Greek Yogurt)
• 1 Cup Boiled Kala Chana (Black Chickpeas)
• 1/2 Cup Grated Beetroot
• 1/2 Cup Grated Carrot
• 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Cucumber
• 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
• 1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp Jeera Powder (Roasted Cumin)
• 1 tsp Chaat Masala
• Fresh Basil or Coriander for Garnish

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk the hung curd until smooth and creamy.
2. Add all the chopped vegetables and boiled kala chana.
3. Sprinkle salt, jeera powder, and chaat masla. Mix everything well.
4. Garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy your healthy meal!
