Enjoy this healthy Cold Cocoa / Cold Chocolate drink made with dates for natural sweetness and ragi flour for binding. 🍫🥤Creamy, chocolaty and refined sugar-free, it’s a tasty treat for kids and adults! 👧🏻👦🏻✨

INGREDIENTS
400 ml Milk
5-6 Dates
1 Tbsp Natural cocoa powder
1 Tbsp Dutch processed cocoa powder
1 Tbsp ragi flour (nachni ka atta)
50 gm Dark chocolate
A pinch of salt

METHOD
– Soak dates (seeds removed) in 200 ml milk for 15 minutes.
– ⁠Blend untill smooth and set aside.
– ⁠To a sauce pan, add 200 ml milk, cocoa powder and ragi powder. Turn on the heat and cook for 3-4 minutes.
– ⁠Add dates mix and cook for another minute.
– ⁠Add dark chocolate and mix until it melts. Turn off the heat and add a pinch of salt and mix well.
– ⁠Let the mixture cool down and strain (if required).
– ⁠Chill and serve with ice cubes. ENJOY!
