135 g flaxseeds (ground)
70 g oats (ground into flour)
40 g psyllium husk
½ tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp mixed seeds (sesame, sunflower, pumpkin — optional)
340 ml hot water
Sesame seeds (for topping)

500 g cream cheese
3 garlic cloves (adjust to taste)
5 tbsp olive oil
Pitted olives (about 10 tbsp — add gradually, to taste)
½ tsp salt (optional)
1 tsp black pepper
Chopped parsley (for garnish)

🥣 Grind flaxseeds and oats into fine flour.
🥄 Add psyllium husk, salt, and baking powder and mix well.
🌱 Add mixed seeds and stir.
💧 Pour in hot water and keep stirring until a thick dough forms.
