You know what I love? Simple and easy meal preps!
I whipped up these Hot honey, glazed salmon, meal prep bowls.

Ingredients:
3 salmon fillets
1 teaspoon, paprika
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
2 teaspoons, onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Hot honey glaze:
1/2 cup, honey
2-2 tablespoons hot sauce
1/ lemon, squeezed
Salsa mix:
1/4 red onion, diced
1 cup, cilantro, chopped
1 cup, cherry tomatoes
1 lime

Instructions:
1. Brush the salmon with a light layer of avocado oil. Season with the seasonings listed above.
2. Sear the salmon on medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes each side.
3. Chop the cilantro, dice the red onion and slice the cherry tomatoes.
4. Add the salsa ingredients into a bowl, squeeze fresh lime juice, add salt and pepper to taste and mix.
5. Brush the hot honey glaze on top of the salmon, broil for 1 minute. Then flip and glaze again. Broil for 30 seconds.
6. Assemble the meal prep bowls and top with fresh lemon or lime slices.
