This Easy Egg Recipe Brings Comfort to Your Morning #shorts

INGREDIENTS

3 eggs

2 tomatoes

2 onions

Chillie powder

Mustard oil

Corriender

Green chillies

Haldi powder

Jeera powder

Salt

METHOD

1. Heat a pan and add 3 tbl spoon mustard oil.

2. Add 2 finely chopped onions and fry on medium flame till they turn golden.

3. Add finely chopped green chillies and sauté for a few mins.

4. Add 2 chopped tomatoes and cook till they soften and melt completely.

5. Add 1 small tbl spoon of haldi, jeera and chilli powder.

6. Mix well and cook for a minute till the masalas are well combined.

7. Add salt as per taste after the tomato mix releases oil.

8. Crack and add 3 eggs and mix them well.

9. After some mins, add Corriender as per your taste

10. After the egg is scrambled, put it in a bowl.

11. Serve hot with roti or paratha.
