Cuban/Mexican inspired ground beef (healthy picadillo)
White rice (portion-controlled)
Korean-style broccoli (high fiber + so good!)
My healthy sweet & savory candied carrots
I’m currently down 50 pounds and still going ….. and meal prepping has been one of the biggest things keeping me consistent.
