High Protein Mango Strawberry Chia Pudding

I didn’t like chia puddings earlier but this is my everyday mid-eveving snack now. First I started with Chocolate chia pudding which I prepared by grinding coconut milk, chia seeds & unsweetened cocoa powder to smooth texture & then keeping it overnight. Next day, I add protein powder in the form of glaze and then add some melted chocolate to it and top with strawberries and nuts. That’s how I started loving chia puddings. Gradually I started to switch on seedy texture and no flavour puddings. And add the flavour later. Today’s chia pudding is one of those desserts.

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
3.5 tbsp Chia seeds
1 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup water
3 tsp mango puree for one portion of chia pudding
1 strawberry diced
1-2 tsp nutty granola

Method
In a jar, add milk & chia seeds. Stir well and let it sit in refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight.
In a small bowl, add protein powder and water. Stir well and mix with chia pudding jar. Divide the whole jar into two parts and top with mango puree, diced strawberry and granola.
Enjoy as your mid-evening snack or you can enjoy have it in your breakfast as well. This is a perfect high protein breakfast idea.
