Ingredients:
-4 Cups Frozen Hash Browns (510g)
-1 lbs of Turkey Sausage (453g)
-84g Bacon Bits
-2.25 Cups Egg Whites (552g)
-6 Eggs
-1.5 Cups Reduced Fat Cheese (168g)
-6 Low Carb Burrito Tortillas
-2 Tsp Garlic Powder
-2 Tsp Onion Powder
-2 Tsp Salt
-2 Tsp Pepper

Instructions:
1.) Brown turkey sausage.
2.) Add hash browns to greased baking dish.
3.) Mix eggs, egg whites, bacon, cheese, and seasonings.
4.) Layer sausage and egg mix over hash browns.
5.) Bake at 350°F, covered 30–35 min, uncover 15–20 min until set.
6.) Cool, cut into 6, wrap in tortillas (toast if desired).
