Carnivore Bread (Soft, Simple & Low-Carb)
🧾 Ingredients
6 large eggs
½ cup cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 cup pork rind crumbs, finely crushed
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
Optional:
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese for extra flavor
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
2. Blend Wet Ingredients:
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Add softened cream cheese and melted butter, then mix until smooth and well combined.
3. Add Dry Ingredients:
Mix in the pork rind crumbs, baking powder, and salt. If using parmesan cheese, stir it in now. Blend until the batter is smooth. Let it rest for 2–3 minutes so the crumbs absorb moisture.
4. Bake:
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
5. Cool:
Remove from the oven and let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Slice and toast with butter, use for sandwiches, or serve alongside eggs and bacon for a hearty carnivore meal.
