📝*【Ingredients & Instructions】*
• Konjac Noodles (Shirataki): 200g (approx. 7 oz)
• Pork Tenderloin: 80g (approx. 2.8 oz)
• Onion: 80g (approx. 1/2 medium onion)
• Chunjang (Korean Black Bean Paste): 15g (approx. 1 tbsp)
• Soy Sauce: 1 tbsp
• Oyster Sauce: 1/2 tbsp
• Monk Fruit Sweetener: 1/2 tbsp
• Minced Garlic: 1.5g (approx. 1/2 tsp)
• Water: 20ml (approx. 1.5 tbsp)
• Salt: 1g (a pinch)
1. Dice the pork tenderloin and onion. Rub the pork with salt.
2. In a pan, sauté the pork and minced garlic until the meat is browned.
3. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and monk fruit sweetener, and continue to stir-fry.
4. Add the diced onions. Once the onions turn brownish, add the Chunjang and water, and mix well.
5. Cook until the sauce thickens. Pour it over warm, well-drained Konjac noodles and enjoy!
