INGREDIENTS & METHOD

FOR PATTICE

CHICKEN KHEEMA 400 GMS
GINGER 2 INCH
GARLIC 5 PODS
GREEN CHILLIES 2
CORIANDER LEAVES
HALDI 1/4 TSP
RED CHILLY POWDER 1/4 TSP
GARAM MASALA 1 TSP
BLACK PEPPER POWDER AS REQUIRED
SALT AS PER TASTE

Mix all the ingredients together. Take a baking paper and a round mould grease both and fill it with the pattice mixture. remove and keep aside for marination

till than cut the burger bun and lightly roast

now fry the pattice till brown on both the sides

apply sauce to the bun than add mayonnaise keep the pattice than on top keep one onion slice one tomato slice than lettuce sprinkle salt and pepper add mayonnaise and cover and serve
