INGREDIENTS:

● Apple — 0.5–2/3 Pcs.
● Eggs — 2 Pcs.
● Flour — 50 g
● Milk — 50 ml
● Vegetable oil — 1 tbsp

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Grate ½ apple (or up to 2/3 depending on size).
2. Add 2 eggs, 50 g flour, and 50 ml milk.
3. Mix until you get a thick yogurt-like consistency.
4. Heat a non-stick skillet and lightly grease with vegetable oil.
5. Pour the batter into the pan and gently spread it evenly.
6. Cook on low heat until the mixture sets.
7. Carefully flip and cook the other side until golden and fully done.
8. Serve warm.
