Recipe:
Mash 3 ripe bananas and mix with 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
In another bowl, combine 2½ cups oat flour, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1 cup mix-ins (½ raisins, ½ no-sugar chocolate chips).
Mix dry into wet ingredients, pour into a pan, and bake at 350°F for 50–60 minutes.
