Cottage cheese bread with organic butter and butter milk.

Ingredients:

2 cups whole wheat flour
Water (for kneading)
1 cup grated paneer
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1–2 green chilies (finely chopped)
1 tsp ginger (grated)
2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
1–2 tbsp oil or butter

Short Making Procedure (Oven Method):

Knead wheat flour with water into a soft dough and rest for 15–20 minutes.

Mix paneer/cottage cheese , onion, green chilies, ginger, coriander, and spices to prepare stuffing.

Roll a small dough ball, add stuffing, seal, and roll gently into a flat round bread.

Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F). Place stuffed bread on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Lightly brush with oil or butter and bake for 10–15 minutes, flipping once, until golden and slightly crisp.
